Meanwhile Syphon Filter is a 60Hz NTSC version which runs at 30 fps. Rumors are that SONY is emulating inferior PAL versions only because they are multi-language games. Syphon Filter doesn't have a language option, thus it's NTSC version. Same thing with Tekken 2 (no language option, NTSC version).
