Anyone know how to get it now as i have passed the 30 win mark and still no damn trophy

Mine popped perfectly fine couple days ago in public matches, I kept a tally and it unlocked exactly the right time that I expected it to. The recent patches have fixed all/any trophy unlock issues.

Is there a possibility to boost the 30 wins other than in private matches that was be patched
