Progress shared between servers and characters?

Hi all, 

 

I am aware of the possibility in using the commands for the trophies, but I wanted to give a try without. 

 

Does anybody know if the progress for unlocking all dossiers and taming all dinos is shared between different servers and different characters (for example solo and multiplayer)? 

 

I recently started a new character. 

 

I have noticed that the map coverage is shared between all my characters. 

 

I also can see the dossiers, that I have unlocked with other characters, but it's marked with a lock symbol.
