Anyone else getting motion sick from this game?

I played this game a while ago with my girlfriend (split screen) and we thought it was quite a fun game. We wanted to take it as a goal to complete it together at platinum/ 100%. Couple goals, yeah!

 

But I get incredibly motion sick when I play this game for more than an hour. My girlfriend is less affected by this. Does anyone else suffer from this? Could it be because of the graphics or something like that? I don't suffer from this at all with other games, but when I play this game for a while I get a headache, pain in my eyes and I feel dizzy. Very annoying....

Yes, couldn't even play for 5 minutes sadly. Game is amazing and wish I could actually play it.
It's definitely the way they made the game look and feel as this is the only non VR game I have this issue with.

I'm so glad I don't get issues with motion sickness and I feel for people who do. This game is amazing and a real shame you can't play it comfortably.

Yes, I remember I felt a bit sick at the very end of my Platinum journey, where you have to play like 109 races in a row... This did give me an headache.

Now that you mention it, I have.  Never happened in any other game I played.  Granted non of them were in VR.

No joke, might be time to go see an optometrist.

 

I don't really wear glasses/lenses for anything else, but I gotta use them when playing games or my vision gets all screwed.

 

Had no problem with this game.

Yep it did get to me but it wasn't so bad that I had to stop playing, like it was mentioned before it would do you well to make an appointment with a doctor, I used to have headaches and nausea after playing some games in the past but  later on I found out my glasses needed replacing since I used the same one for many years, after that I never had any problems.
