ryuji_sakujo
Is "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" enough to complete the base game and obtain DLC trophies or do I need "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition" to access all DLC? wltrsjcwvita
Anniversary edition doesn't add any trophies. All the important DLC is just in the special edition.

Thanks, I'll grab the Special Edition then and if I really want more content or better textures then I'll buy the Anniversary Edition upgrade. DLC, Upgrades and Creation Club do not lock trophies. Only mods will lock trophies. I think trophies are reset if you try and carry it over to PS5 or buy PS5 Anniversary if you have PS4 Special Edition
ryuji_sakujo
Thanks for correcting misinformation. ? I've NEVER heard of activating new content such as DLC locking you out of trophies as a built-in by-design mechanism. Only cheat codes, mods or changing game difficulty, or playing on a save file owned by someone else on the console possibly does that.
