Oxenfree Trophies not popping

Started a new run this evening and did the 'it's a me' jump and slap on the beach trophy requirements but neither have popped. I'm playing on a ps5 if that makes any difference? I'm not keen on venturing further if nothing is going to pop. Anyone had this issue?

@Procyon1981 I guess the developers released a new patch that broke quite a bit of stuff.  On the 2nd of June the game was fine.  So they released the patch sometime after the 2nd. ?

I have version 1.5 and I’ve cancelled the download for version 1.6 so I should be able to get the platinum. I can confirm the trophies are popping.

According to this: https://orbispatches.com/CUSA04950 The latest patch was released on March 15 this year.

Thanks but seems overly complicated to me. I just wish devs wouldn't release broken games or updates and at least test them first.....

 

I would imagine they are going to work on a fix? I know plenty of people have emailed them.
