If you already have completed all the challenges, just start all challenges 1 to 10 and cancel after starting. You dont need to complete them again. I have completed all of them and finished the game, but I will check in the evening. "Fixes to True Nightrunner Achievement completion. Yet another month of waiting and most likely it still wont be patched. What is weird that some people unlock it, some dont like how its even possible when its the same game for everyone. There must be some reason why some unlock and some don't. Did you finish the main questline before you unlocked it? Have you had all attempts at least bronze before? Have you played on NG+? What else I noticed is that after the new patch, the distance counter reset, is yours too? After the first try I noticed that the game was saved. Unfortunately, the next save marker was missing. NG+ (rushed through the story to get missing collectables and to unlock all Nightrunner missions Played some of the Bloody Ties DLC Fast travelled to the fast travel point nearest to the Nightrunner mission Travel to the Nightrunner missions in order 1-10 Did the method suggested by @gambit_shady though before cancelling the Nightrunner mission I made sure to walk a few steps first. Most of this information maybe useless (except for the last step as I know this somehow worked for me) but at this point it's definitely not clear how it works for some and not others.
