I went for this after getting the Golden Pass (completing all of the challenges for every game.) Basically, you need to buy one of every item from the vending machine. Items change out in a daily rotation at Midnight (EST) so you can either check back every day and hope there aren't duplicates or you can go offline and change your console's internal clock to manually rotate items.
