xurdias Posted June 25, 2022 Share Posted June 25, 2022 I just completed 500 LoL in PS4, now cleaning up (consolidating storage, repairs, etc) before transferring save to PS5 Director's Cut. I'm a completionist so I seek to do 540 LoLoL (provided I don't burn out and bore-quit ). now I read that only my structures will be retained as for DC, 'the game pulls online data from another server' or something like that. makes me wonder a few thing: 1. Zip-line network. Oh boy, where do I start. I spend like 95% of my chiral bandwidth building that, and I always position them to align with the online ones. when I transfer my save, will the online zip-lines spawned in my game truly be all gone? If so, how far will my zipline network be set back? I'm concerned that it's as good as starting over from scratch as zip-line placement is often very finicky... you know, a couple of steps apart and it's either obstructed or out of range from the next ones. I just dread at the thought of having to destroy my existing zip-lines as the new online ones don't align 2. How much worse is the decay from timefall in DC? some people say it's noticeable even in Easy, and too harsh in Very Hard. there are people who reduce to difficulty whenever they're not doing LoLoL, but having played in Hard all the time, I just don't feel like taking it down lower than that. still, is the decay difference noticeable between Hard and Very Hard? 3. If DC has a different server than the PS4 vanilla version, how about Bridge Contracts and the players encountered, all that? Will all of my existing contracts be wiped, and does it mean that everyone I see in the Bridge Link menu from now onward are PS5 players only?
