I’m very happy to find out that Hatoful Boyfriend is eligible for this event, I thought for sure it’d be too short. Fastest time is 1hr 26mins and 50th fastest is 2hr 38mins.

I’m using my vote for the Hawksbill Turtle (my 1 year olds favourite animal, after dogs)

 

I was hoping to finish Abzu for the event too, but apparently the fastest time is 18 minutes (how?!) and 50th fastest is still under an hour. I guess Stray will be next instead.

I'm really sorry, but Hawksbill Turtles are not in the list, at least not in adult form. Would it be okay if I put your list towards the Hawksbill Bale instead?

Hello again friends, we all know the flood coming that is Stray, and I'm happy to be contributing to the downpour, I have Stray (PS5) to add to the my platinum collection now.

 

 

Very good game, the sheer novelty of being a cat makes the platforming feel more organic and makes you see the world in a way makes you see what would normally be set dressing, and see it as a way to climb up a building. The story is also good, although maybe that's just because WALL.E was one of my favourite movies growing up, and this is very loosely, WALL.E if you played as the plant.

 

Now voting time, Red Panda. I ain't gonna justify it this time, they're cute.

Oh buddy, if you think that game is bad... At least it had funny dialogue, or any dialogue.

I've just finished Scratt's Nutty Adventure and I hate life now. 

 

Just so many basic things which felt incomplete, melee is borderline unusable in comparison to the ground pound, jumps have a delay, moving blocks is slow and flat out boring, there is no dialogue, and what little text there is hinted at a twist which never came, music sometimes just ended when I died too much. Not only that, but this just doesn't fit Scratt, he's meant to be a failure, but it's hard to keep calling him that when he takes down two rhinos.

 

I'm voting for the red pandas once more because googling these gifs are one of the only good things I did while playing this game.

Finished Stray, shall reminisce about such a lovely & fulfilling game quite soon. My entry votes for the ocelot. Well before Metal Gear Solid became a thing, my class was assigned an endangered-species project in Grade 2. I skimmed potential options before selecting the ocelot, as after all, I positively adored kitty cats as a young gal. Still fawningly adore kitty cats! So yeah, not voting for the ocelot because of that shooty-shooty Revolver fellow but instead because of that halcyon school project. ^^

I've done some more games. The almost obligatory Stray, which was actually more fun than I expected. 

 

And two stacks of Wytchwood, which has a goat as one of the main characters (and quite a few more animals in supporting roles). Now, the PS5 version has 2 people beating it in seconds/minutes, but it is because trophies in Wytchwood are glitched in a way that they likely won't pop until you restart the game (and maybe go offline). This has affected me in the PS5 version with a few trophies and I assume the fast completion times are due to them playing the game, getting all the trophy requirements (while the actual trophies didn't pop due to the glitch), then restarting and popping them all at once. It is literally impossible to finish this game legit in less than 1.5 hours and there is no autopop of any sort. So I guess it's up to the OP if this is acceptable 😁 

 

Anyway, for completing Stray I'm voting for Black-footed Cat. Obviously. 

 

If the Wytchwood stacks are acceptable, then another two votes go to the Darwin's Fox and the Ocelot. One's got one of the best names ever, and the other has six bullets. More than enough to kill anything that moves. Well worth the votes.

Forgot to mention, also completed Spirit of the North. A very unmemorable game, probably that's why it slipped my mind. It has a fox as a main character though, so at least that's good 😉 this vote goes to the Red Fox.

My 5. game is done: Alba: A Wildlife Adventure (100% list, no platinum). Cute and short(shortest completion time: 44min and 5 sec./50th. place: 14h. and 27min.) little game about a girl in elementary school who tries to save a nature reserve on an mediterranean island. One of her main quests is to make photos of animals and she helps animals that ate poison or caught in trash. My vote goes towards the Capybara.
