Trophys not showing up/Registering

on Ghost Of Tsushima i have 2 trophys for ikki island expansion that wont pop up. "common courtesy" and "friend to all raiders" have been all completed and they wont show up and i dont know what to do.

Have you received the notifications in game or are you completing the in-game actions and they’re not showing up as earned on your trophy list on your PS4?

I know this is likely different, but I've had a few minor glitches playing the game where I had to close the application and restart. Today I was playing and couldn't fast travel because the game thought I was still in combat (I had just finished a Mongol area takeover). Restarting worked, but, to my knowledge, I haven't had trophy issues, other than them popping 30 seconds or so after I achieve them.
