What is exactly needed for 'Never Go It Alone!' to pop?

New to the game - I've seen different trophy guides and opinions on this trophy and how it should unlock.

Simple question really... how does this trophy ACTUALLY pop?

Info/advice is greatly appreciated.

I would suggest that every time you play the game, join a team. Doesn’t matter which, so whichever fits your play style. Not only will you get the trophy at some point without even trying but being a part of a team will give you a bonus (bonus xp for events, daily ops etc) and will give you some caps every time a fellow team member completes a mission. I would even recommend to keep joining them after you have the trophy because the bonus xp will come in useful for reaching level 100.

Don't just join and leave immediately. 

Everytime u start the game just join any random group, then do ur own stuff like complete any main mission, side mission etc. leave the group after spending a decent amount of time. 

Rinse and repeat u will get the trophy in no time.

Got the trophy literally upon joining another team on my latest session tonight, must have been doing the right thing all along. ?
