HealedFiend13 Posted March 22, 2023 Share Posted March 22, 2023 (edited) I don't know if people still want a concrete answer to this question, but it won't match me with West Coast US while I am East Coast US. The region you are queuing for is determined by the host of your group's region though, so as long as you have two people of the same region host, you can play with anyone. To get it to work, we had people from Sweden and Norway host the groups, but we had people from all over who were able to connect.
