12 Documents (All must be picked in the same game for trophy / achievement)

50 Upgrades (All must be picked in the same game for trophy / achievement)

20 Memories (They are save on profile when saved, so don't need to pick everyone on the same game for trophy / achievement)

5 Metal Stairs (All must be opened in the same game for trophy / achievement)

13 Inventory (No trophy / achievement)

Gun, Shootgun, Machine gun and Revolver (No trophy / achievement)

 

Be sure to pick ALL COLLECTIBLES BEFORE END EACH ZONE, if you miss ones on the House, Forest, Underground lab or Mines then you will must to pick EVERYONE again on the next game.
