Upgrade material farm question

Working on the plat for this game but I cannot seem to find where to get two different upgrade materials - the first is a brown pot on a green background (needed for just about every armor and weapon upgrade), the second is an aqua pot on a blue background (needed for upgrading accessories). I don't see either of these items as rewards for any skirmishes and nothing I have recycled have dropped these.  Any help is appreciated!

From what I understand.

 

Deconstructing rare/mystic gear and random loot drops from chests in missions should get you the needed material.

 

Also looks like they added some more materials needed for upgrade, suddenly I need horseshoes.

just took my +3 sword to +6, And the needed materials changed.
got the "pots" needed from daily quest. also noticed i had a lv30 weapon already halfway to +10 whoops x-x

Under the current event, you can trade 250 Heliolite for 1 of the jars, and other rare crafting mats

Sorry I know this is loosely related but upgrading armour to level 10, does it require you to go over level 10 as I upgraded a chest piece which is 10/10 but the trophy didn’t work?

• Any rare weapon

For one weapon (Novice Blacksmith):

• 9x Fossil Oil
• 9x Magic Oil
• 9x Holy Oil
• 1x Divine Oil

For one piece of armour (Novice Armorer):

• 9x Fossil Oil
• 9x Magic Oil
• 9x Holy Oil
• 1x Divine Oil

For one accessory (Novice Jeweler):

• 8x Magic Oil
• 8x Holy Oil
• 1x Divine Oil
