Update #2:

 

Got Ghost Giant taken care of and while it was an enjoyable VR experience, there was something about the clarity that took away from the experience.  I wear glasses but that has never gotten in the way of my VR experiences and for some reason Ghost Giant never looked clear.  There was always a slight unfocused quality to it.  Not enough to ruin the entire experience but enough for me to not give it the recommendation I gave out to The Room and Deracine. 

 

Lucky's Tale was fantastic.  Great platforming and fun level designs.  Slight issue though is the final 2 trophies.  They are speed run related and while getting bronze on every level should be a breeze, getting gold might eliminate my ability to get the Plat in this one.  You have to be perfect in every aspect of the run to get the gold and after playing the first level close to 50 times, I am still 3-4 seconds shy of getting gold.  Oh, there are like 12 or 14 levels btw, so me struggling with the one worries me.

 

I plan to put Lucky's Tale on hold and focus on the rest of the games. That way in the end if I don't finish Lucky's Tale I can say I finished everything else.

So that is it, my initial list is done on October 1st, so that means I have *number crunches* 60 days left in the event. I could just go away and binge on Wizard101 for those days... but I feel like I can add up more since the maximum is 25 games. Not that I am doing 25 games unless I like to violate my honor by playing cashgrabs like the recent release "The Capybara P" but I can throw in a short visual novel that will take half and hour to read through, as autoplay disables trophies. I'll edit this post when I think of what I want to do for the remaining two games.

 

Decided not to add Dark Cloud 2. Even though I could try it, that one trophy for getting all the medals will run my play time into the ground and I wouldn't have it finished in time for Persona 5 Royal for the Playstation 5.

You're free to make up to three swaps so if can't handle it, you can swap for an easier game, just saying.

my progress with final fantasy type 0 hd have increased to 16 percent and i going to play also elden ring0 percent but i am not good at souls games mostly i am death in those games like dark souls remastered i died there alot dark cloud 3 percent but i just do 1 game at a time due to my low time i have but those games i just said i going to play those games and getting my completion up its now around 17.43 i think i get it up by earning trophies from final fantasy type 0 hd it increases slightly but i hope to finish that game of and i keep now my gamesaves since i know now to keep them but due to a black out that my ps4 got a while ago then i must restart alot of games so my completion wil be slowly

Next update: Still only playing Elden Ring, running around and exploring, currently at lvl 121 with 148 hours played. I'm not just going for the platinum but trying to complete every quest and boss there is. Failed a few ones already (Rogier and Blackguard) since I'm only using a guide for the missable trophies, so I don't spoil anything for myself. Today I'm going to finish what I can before Mountaintops of the Giants and then head to the last area next week, I hope it's really long because I don't want the game to end

I started a new job Monday so I did almost nothing this week.

I did made good progress in Watch Dogs last weekend, I just need to do 20 fixer contracts, escape the lvl 5 chase/scan and do 1 more drinking game. The DLC is my next problem since I let my Plus run out and.

Apparently my Grid save is gone, but I did manage to get 2 trophies in the first DLC so that’s a little progress. 
 

Hopefully I get the platinum of Watch Dogs today or tomorrow and start the DLC. Otherwise it will be slow progress until I’m used to working again, I’ve been without work for way too long… and too tired in the evening…

was Maliketh - took me probably 5 hours of attempts before I caved and tried summons, found a friendly pair who helped me finally beat him! He is no joke as a melee build.

 

You don’t have to defeat every boss but I would say you got to fight the hardest in the game for those endings. I found coming back to them periodically during progress helped and I had more levels. I’m on the final stretch now!

Had lots of fun with both Work has been crazy as usual but I try to protect gaming time on my days off to let off steam. nice go for it is it really that bad to restart those games where i have lost the gamesaves from because you restart god of war 2018 i have been wondering that my games i play are rpg shooting adventure and horror like resident evil but evil within i have standing in my library on ps4 but i never got far in the evil within so i try to atempt it someday

Okay, I usually don't do a bunch of easy trophy lists in one set, I usually have one RPG in each set, but since I don't think I can do another big RPG before Persona 5 Royal (the PS5 edition which drops like hot lava on October 27 and which I will focus on), I decided to just go with some old backlog from an older account, especially since I just got out of a DC Comics mood with Scribblenauts Mega Pack(which has the DC crossover with Scribblenauts Unmasked)...

I finished Wytchwood yesterday, got through 3 bosses and a couple of mini-bosses in Sekiro, and now I am gonna focus on getting one of my platibuddy games completed. I started with Fenyx, but as I only have 11 days until I will be out for the month, I'm swapping to the shorter Rime.

 

Wytchwood was a good time, though it was also a bit overwhelming to keep track of everything all at once. The 'jump to' other crafting items button didn't work, so there was a lot of checking what I needed for what. It became much more manageable once I focused on one story at a time and memorized where to get every material.

I did all three versions of A Winter's Daydream at once... which was a terrible mistake. The PS5 version is SLOW AS MOLASSES and it didn't help that the only PS5 controller I can use has a broken X button that requires you to mash it into the ground to make it respond. (I think I busted it during a fit of rage some months ago. I bought a new one for $40 but it's not working. That's what I get for buying a USED controller. )

 

I need to download that digital copy of LEGO Batman 3 now.

1 game down, 4 to go!  Elden Ring is mine mhwahahahahahahaha - i think i went mad with frenzied flame try to get the Melania trophy.  Topped off the game around 89 hours and used the backup to get the 3 endings, considering a challenge run of some kind in the future, maybe after any DLC comes out.  My take on the game is that it's still tough as hell, maybe because i played mostly on 1.06 patch, there is also plenty of bosses / secrets I never got around to for the future.  Overall this now features in my top 5 games of all time, can't wait to replay on PS5 ?.

 

Going to take a day to decompress and then think about which title I go after next, leaning heavily on Resi 2 Remake to continue Leon playthrough.

As a side note, I don't think I'll be able to finish this challenge as I'm going to start hammering down to try and earn a certification for my career at the end of the month so I can look for another job. ?

Hi everyone, 

 

Here’s my update for the week. I’ve completed the base game of moving out and the DLC this week. I actually quite enjoyed the game, the only thing that’s annoying is that it has collectibles that are not tracked anywhere. Because of this I had to replay quite some levels to figure out what I had missed.
 

Speaking of moving out! ? I’ve actually moved from Spain back to the Netherlands this week. So I haven’t had too much time to play. I’ve been busy looking for apartments in Amsterdam which is crazy difficult ? and I’ll start a new job on the 17th, which I’m exited for. 
 

I played a bit more of Sifu. I’ll be going for the good ending this time, which means I have to spare the bosses instead of killing them. I will keep playing this in the coming week.

A little late on this since I was away but I finished God of War (2018) a week ago! Playing it definitely got me hyped for Ragnarok. 

 

Next up will be Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time, although I'm going on another, longer trip in 2 days so probably won't get it done until mid-late October.
