Sorry for my English I am translating this message. I, like many, have been facing blocked trophies, 2 to be exact: The Extra Mile (Earn Platinum medals from all Story Missions) and Rough Terrain (Drive 2000 miles (3,219km) offroad). For the first one, I had platinumed all the missions but the high score was blocked at 97% For the second one, I had a crash of the game and it fell back to 0% and since then it was not increasing After a lot of research I saw that resetting my profile could allow me to have another chance. However, the answers I saw indicated that it was mission impossible with Ubisoft support. For those who don't know, all progress is stored on their servers, there's nothing on our consoles, so we can't do anything Anyway, I tell myself nothing to lose, I try my luck with the French support (it's my country) by chat in April 2022 then mail afterwards, I indicate my real problem: the trophies are blocked. The result? Disaster. They don't understand anything and keep telling me that they can't do anything. One month and 30 different people later, they close my file. I hang on and think about using another technique I saw on this forum (thanks again @vujos): https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/110 ... ure-lying/ One of the players made a montage at the launch of the game to show that his savegame is corrupted. I got his video back and tried my luck at the end of May 2022 with the English support this time. After many messages asking me to do X manipulations (useless of course) on my console or my profile they end up telling me like the French, that they can't do anything. I stand my ground and it starts to look like a discussion of the deaf, they maintain that they cannot act on the saves and thus leave me without a solution, I continue to hammer that they can do it by providing captures of exchanges with other players. Then one day I am told that the technical team has reset my savegame, Great! I launch the game, I see that the option "Continue" has been replaced by "New game". I have to start the story again but after 2-3 missions I realize that my awards have been kept and that the progress is still blocked I call the support again and they tell me that it was an exception and that they can't reset the save a second time. I know they can't deny it anymore so I keep on insisting until one day BINGO! I launch the game and everything has been reset (well except the map but I don't care about that). At that time I took the precaution of doing the minimum score for each mission to avoid getting a platinum medal which could potentially bug the progression once the level 50 is reached. And today you know what? I unlocked both trophies and got my platinum. I also took the opportunity to respond to them by tackling them again, I really hope that if you're reading this right now you'll believe it and unlock that Grail too! I can’t imagine going through all of that and then replaying it all over again from scratch (in hopes it wouldn’t happen again) but you definitely persevered. I am in the same situation with the Story Trophy and after 40 emails I got tired of it .. but it seems, that it's worth it, to keep pushing ^^ I made up an excuse that the reset had messed up all the progress and that I suspected they had only reset part of it (when I knew full well that was the case) However they continued to say that a full reset was done and focused on the problem of the already revealed map when that was the least of my worries... I had to insist for another 6-7 messages and two weeks to get the final solution. It seems like most of the recent plat earners all started and finished it recently. I'm debating whether or not to start this game. Please send us some photos of the errors that you are seeing with not being able to complete the load and any other errors that you are seeing so that we can consider resetting the game. Acronos12 Posted October 28, 2022 Share Posted October 28, 2022 Hey! This method worked for me. I only had bugged the "Stay Out of Trouble" trophy. At first, I used the Latin Support and told them that I had a problem with the trophy and they rejected me, 6 months later, I started a new ticket, but this time with the US support, and I told them that I had a problem with the saves and i couldn't play the game and sent the infinite load video, and finally a few month later, they restart my saves, and i was able to get the trophy. Please forward ports on your router as indicated in the following connectivity guide for The Crew for PS4 so that we can continue our investigation:https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000077825 You can check with your internet provider on how to forward ports on your router. Once you have this, if it has not solved the problem, take a photo and send it to us so that we can be sure that they are correct. Also, send us a video where we can see your PSN profile and then how you get into the game and find the loading error. You can upload it to a video platform like youtube and send us the link. vujos Posted November 3, 2022 Share Posted November 3, 2022 I am glad to see this method still works and makes their support reset save data. Just be persistent with them even if it means you have to change region to contact different support. I had my own battle with them in 2017. Long story short is that my save glitched after save reset again and thats is when I came up with idea to create video of "infinite load" so they can reset my save the 2nd time. Was lucky it worked on 3rd playthrough. If anyone can have use of my original video I made back in 2017 here is the link.
