Lewis_Y123
For me, it is ‘A Quiet Time’ from RDR2, it’s so simple and silly yet so perfect. Edited August 7, 2022 by Lewis_Y123
Beyondthegrave07
I'm assuming this is any game, any console? For me, it's Chapter 5 of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. I played it over a year ago, and I'm still shook from that chapter. I thought I had it all figured out because it was following the pattern of the first game... Then, it just flips itself on its own head and laughs in your face. I'm not going to ruin it by saying anything here about it. Just go play the game!
DrBloodmoney
I’m cheating a little, as I already did a list of my favourites a while back… but I stand by them! ? (not every one is a “mission” exactly, as some are more like “sections of a linear narrative”… but I think that sort of counts within the spirit of the question!) 1. Dishonoured 2 - The Clockwork Mansion2. Hitman 3 - Berlin3. Earthbound - Twoson/ Happy Happy Village4. Psychonauts - The Milkman Conspiracy5. Super Mario World - Star Road6. Outer Wilds - The Stranger7. Resident Evil 2 - Police Station 8. Dishonoured - House of Pleasure9. Super Mario Bros 3 - Giant Land10. Dark Souls 2 - Crown of the Old Iron King 11. Dishonoured 2 - Crack in the Slab12. Mass Effect 2 - Suicide Mission13. Hitman Blood Money - A Murder of Crows14. Bloodborne - Central Yharnam15. Uncharted 2 - Tibetan Village 16. Dark Souls - Painted World of Ariamis17. Fallout 3 - Tranquility Lane18. Bioshock 2 - Adonis Resort19. Resident Evil 7 - Main House20. Call of Duty: World at War - Vendetta

Other than that, a particular side quest line that often comes to mind for me after all these years is the Dark Brotherhood quest line in Oblivion. I won't go into detail as I don't want to spoil it, but it was a very memorable series of quests. There's many others that come to mind, but I know I'll turn this post into a wall if I go off rambling about them.
Lava_Yuki
I play a lot of JRPGs which are full of side quests. Persona 5 Royal- I liked the confidant events, particularly for Takemi and the main party members. From the main story, the casino palace section and the pyramid palaces FFX-2: Chapter 4, as it was short, impactful and I really liked the song 1000 words. From the side quests, FFX- The story as a whole was amazing, my favourite story mission was Zanarkand near the end of the game, it's when things got serious so no victory fanfare, and a fleeting dream played in the battles as opposed to the normal battle music, Tales of Vesperia- Snowboarding side quest to get costumes and titles Lightning Returns- This was basically all just quests. From the main quests where each links to one of the other characters, I liked the Dead Dunes ones as it's with Fang, a character I liked in 13. Persona 4 Golden- the social links, specifically for Naoto, Kanji and Nanako
