Star follower form

Hi guys anyone can tell me how to get the star follower form? I haven’t found how and I’m missing that one only (except for snails)

Yes found it there, thanks! Now I only miss one follower form and one tarot card (the one from the spider, I met him tons of times but he won’t give it to me)

For tarot card, try buying a follower at full price, and then ignore him for the next few instances til he gives you it at a token of appreciation and wants more of your service

 

Edit:The dialogue that was given makes me assume that this process is incorporated some how

Same here, absolutely no idea how to get the last tarot card reliably.
