Job seeker doesn't automatically have to pop before you get "All Guns Blazing"

Hi guys,

just in case if anyone got the same problem as me - if you got "All Guns Blazing", but not "Job Seeker".

If you took weapons from the ground - those don't count for "Job seeker", but for "All Guns Blazing"

Just happened to me, thought i was being smart by setting loadouts on my second controller and suiciding it for the weapons but you need to manually select a loadout in either the lobby or the pause menu in game. Posted the same information on the guide before seeing this thread.
