The other kind of rarity - How Many "Underachieved" Trophies do you have?

In the interest of highlighting some smaller, less played games on the site, here's a little time-passing game where you can show off how off-the-beaten-path your gaming has gone!

 

 

 

1. How many trophies do you have that have that have under 100 achievers on the site?
2. How many of them are platinums?...
3. ...and what games are they for?

 

(easiest way to see this, is by sorting your trophy log by "Achievers", and seeing where the first 100 achievers trophy is... remember, there are 50 trophies shown per page!)

 

Obviously these answers will be somewhat ephemeral - some will eventually edge back out, but... no matter! 

That's kind of what this thread is all about... getting the good word out about the lesser known games you've conquered!

My top 3 recommendations from this are Unmetal, Sturmfront and The Final Station. All excellent, even if you are playing the PS4 versions which are not under 100 achievers. The DLC in The Final Station is annoying though, just to warn you. It requires 11 partial play throughs after your first, though each one does get shorter.

 

The only things I would tell you to avoid are Need a Packet, Last Wings and Mind Maze. The first two are just budget versions of papers please and rogue aces, both of which are far superior. Mind Maze is just dumb. Everything else ranges from okay to good depending on your interests.

All from Corpse Killer 25th Anniversary Edition... A remaster of an old arcade shooter, my father bought it for nostalgia. Was actually pretty fun but I never got the platinum because there's secret collectibles and I could never find any info on how to get them.

Fourth is "Cerebral Victory" from 8-Bit Invaders. I started playing this game because I wanted to go through my games in alphabetical order and plat them. I gave up on that shortly after playing this game. Didn't like it very much, quite boring.

No sub 100 achiever platinums yet. Lowest is 817. I might try to get one sometime!
