Redemption dlc, defend civilian progress stuck at 33%

Hi,

 

I'm on the final dlc currently and i have this weird problem, defend civilian progress is stuck at 33% and won't go any higher. I have tried almost everything from restarting the game to completing on main mission and trying again afterwards. Couldn't find any info regarding this glitch so here I'm asking if someone has encountered a similar case.

 

Edit: I wish I knew how to read sometimes... I was missing rescue civilian missions, not defend ones. Problem solved.
