For those that need to farm experience, this method can net you 45k-55k~ experience in under 30secs.

All you got to do is use these settings and wreck yourself, I just drive straight into a tree, hit to reset position and repeat. Hope it helps the grind, enjoy!

Create a Custom game with the following Settings:

Track: Rally Trophy
Car: Tristar (I dont think it matters, just something that has some speed and wreck fast)
Race type: Banger Race
Opponents: 23
Laps: 60
Time of day: random
AI Vehicle: Random Large Special
Damage: Realistic
Driving Difficulty: Hard(custom) / (automatic on)
AI Difficulty: Expert

What i dont get is..do you just keep hiting the free until the Race ends or do you restart it since you wrecked and still get the xp?

when you wrecked your self, the race is over and you get the xp.

its a dlc track, so this wasn't possible bevor the dlc. cause there was no such long track.

Fantastic method OP, you're a star for coming up with it!

Just wanted to add something on this point, as I picked the Boomer RS with it's high speed stat and low strength stat so thought it would be perfect and I wasn't getting anywhere near the amount of XP I was supposed to be. I realised that the difficulty multiplier was very low and so tried instead with a Lawnmower and that got the difficulty modifier higher and got the XP near what it should be with this method.

Just something to keep in mind for anyone. Maybe the class of the vehicle is the key.
