Platinum bugged!

I got the platinum trophy for BF2042 on the ps5 version, after that i left the game and started up the ps4 version and got it there too. When i then synced my trophies to the psn it only showed the ps4 version done. For some reason i earned the platinum but also didnt earn it, i have the videoclip proving i got it and if i'm offline it shows that i have all trophies. But as soon as i go online it takes away my platinum

Ok thanks. I tried doing the saved  data - game status sync but it didnt work for me. I guess i'll try again tomorrow. If worst comes to worst i'll probably have to get another vehicle t1
