Possible positive glitch with tracking the DLC

I’m almost done with the game. Final case is the only one left.

live already got 5 stars in all prior cases

I finished Nicholson Electroplating with somehow only 3 stars because I missed one clue (I presume damage contributed too).

 

after replaying the mission a 2nd time the trophy Magpie popped after picking up the very first clue in the case (a clue I had collected before)

then later in the case I did manage to finish it with 5 stars and Shamus to the Stars popped too (even though as I said I haven’t played Different Kind of War yet)

 

I know the DLC cases supposedly count towards completion in the base game so I’m wondering if something has gone a bit wrong with how it’s tracking them.
