Tips & Some help with the date change!

Hi everyone! I'm enjoying this game so much it's insane haha. But there's some things I want to discuss or get some help too. Of course I will try to help other too if I can!

 

Personal experience and tips:

- My game is crashing a lot more than the past days. Some days ago it crashed when I went inside my house or when I visited villager's houses. Sometimes when I was opening the Menu. I lost a lot of progress that way so I started to do manual saves. I recommend this a lot, having in mind the game auto-saves between 5 minutes of playing. If the game crashes before those 5 minutes, you lost that time. I save before going inside places, and that was good. BUT, now 1-2 days ago, the game is crashing a lot more, like when I'm only fishing or just moving around. This sucks.

 

- I have this issue where one of the Donal's trophies from his first or second quest, got stuck between the table and the sofa. I can't reach it so I can't continue his mission, but I have the other items at my inventory, taking place for no reason, haha. I hate this. I read a lot of people reported this issue so I'm not the only one suffering this bug.

 

- I moved all my fruits trees near my house so I can harvest them faster but I know some people prefer to have them in their original places. What did you guys prefer?

 

- I deforested the Forest of Valor because I just wanted to see better and I regretted this so much when people started to ask me for wood So don't do this. If you feel like the trees are in your way, my tip is move them to the corners of the biome so you can harvest the wood faster.

 

- I was in need of a lot of clay. The best place to farm it is the Glade of Trust. I got a whole map full of holes but I got more than I needed. I spent a lot of time getting everything back to normal lol. It was a pain but It was worth it.

 

- My biggest issue so far: The date change!! When is that? We need to know this for Daily Conversations and also for a Quest. Let me explain. I was doing the quest where Mother Gothel ask you to find 3 solar fragments. She said you should find each fragment at some point of the day/night, but it's hard to know because I really don't know when the server resets the date. From my experience, I think the date changes when it's 2 am here (I'm from Spain). I noticed when it was past 2 am the characters had the Daily conversation ready again. Then, I thought, "it's really late so I should search for the night fragment". Wrong. It was morning, so I found the morning fragment instead. That was so weird for me, but maybe it's only logical for some people, like, the morning starts from 00:01? Anyone have some insights about this? I got the second fragment around 10 am I think? Then the 3 one, the night fragment at 5pm.

 

Questions!!

 

- Do you think using lamps on some of the darkest biomes is worth it? I don't see a great difference, so I don't know.

- What's the actual time when the server changes the date?

- Do you think Mickey, Merlin and Goofy's houses count towards the 30 houses trophy or they don't because they were built before?

- I don't know what I will be doing when I finish all the content available for now. Mining? Decorating the village? Saving money for future content? What's your plan?

 

Sorry if there's typos or some wrong translations, because I'm playing the game with the spanish translation so I don't always know if I'm translating things right orz. I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting a lot of things but I feel like a wrote a lot anyway! Sorry! XDD Please share your tips and tricks too!!!

I can definitely confirm the game crashes... it's pretty annoying sometimes, so yeah manually save the game guys. And I'd save your stuff for DLCs - there are so many empty golden doors in the castle, which means they are definitely working on more content.

 

The only bug i can confirm for now is that a memory from Merlin's house got stuck between two items so I couldn't pick it up. Luckily the bug got already fixed and I could get the memory. They also have to fix the Ariel movement for sure too. She is swimming through stones all the time and sometimes she's disappearing from one second to the next lol.

 

I really enjoy the game too tbh. Can't wait for more biomes and more characters from Lilo & Stitch, Monster AG, Toy Story, etc.

 

If any of you are unsure whether to buy the game or not, I can only recommend you to do so. You have so many things to do, lots of quests and the game won't get boring. The platinum isn't really hard but VERY TIME CONSUMING. And no, i didn't capitalize that for nothing haha.
