Free PS5 Upgrade/More DLC coming

PS5 version is coming in 2023 and they’re releasing a new Season Pass with 3 more story dlcs

Wondering if it will have save transfer for an auto plat. Doesn’t matter to me personally as I enjoyed it enough that I’d play it again.

Do we know for sure there is the free PS5 upgrade? I had got the physical on release and sold it after plat, but I love this game a good bit, i bought the switch version and I'd buy the deluxe version on sale currently for 20$ if that's the case. 

 

I tried some googlefu, but I couldn't find anything for sure.

I wish they added trophies for the DLC, it'd give me a reason to go back and play the DLC

With as many dlc trophies as they added for Xenoverse 2 you would think they would have added them for Kakarot

can always buy the DLC just to enjoy it even if it doesn't add trophy. i rarely do so.

That would be nice indeed, to get all of the content on disc. but the ps5 version is only $20, so it's not happening

Apparently it is also a free upgrade to PS5 but yeah it's very unlikely we'll get the DLC's for free.

Going current gen is fine...but I'm so over DBZ games getting all this DLC AFTER the DLC they said they were going to get. Xenoverse 2 being the worst of the bunch. I miss getting sequels and those having the new content we didn't get before. Just give me Xenoverse 3, give me Kakarot 2...and give me Tenkaichi 4! That has nothing to do with this, I've just waited long enough.

I don't have a ton of gaming time in any one session so I tend to use getting all trophies as an excuse to move onto a new game, but this is one of the ones where I really wish they'd have added DLC trophies. Game was very fun and as someone who never watched DBZ I really enjoyed the obviously abridged story. Started watching the anime after a bit and I knew what was happening perfectly from the game

How do you update with disk? I own bluray and l cannot select version
Those who have same problem, disk and your psn account is not same switch to same region account and you're fine

im excited for the prospect of this game growing, it was a pleasant surprise for a game i got cus i was bored. sad about no dlc trophies tho
