[EU] First Game with 50/60hz region

We can finally change the region we want to play our EU PS1 classic titles

This one was the first, so we hope other games get its own update soon

Can you see if really changes the game version? Or it's just that tweak to convert 50hz to 60hz.

Strange, NTSC is selected by default, and it's weirdly very slow.

PAL version is quite good and playable, like Syphon Filter 1.

Should it be vice versa?

I thought they messed up with version labels, but then i noticed that PAL version displays "Sony Computer Entertainment Europe" loading screen, so it's definetely a PAL version.

From what I've read Syphon Filter 2 is one of the rare cases where the PAL version runs actually much better (as in it already was the case for the PS1 version).
