Excavation ore?!

Does anyone know where the final ore/secret is for Excavation?! I have been searching for hours and all I have found is a box under the map with two ammo crates on it (it's just behind the exit of the level). I don't know if it's bugged or if there is some hidden button somewhere that triggers it. I could also be looking in the wrong place. 

 

Update: Finally found the button to trigger it. It's by opening to the side of it!!
