Didn't prepare enough? They can barely develop games *cough cough* *War Craft Reforged* *cough cough* and somehow you were under the expectation that they could make proper working servers. And if there is really an diablo 4 early acess for pre orders i cant wait how they mess this up while u also gonna pay extra for it Blizzard has gotten such a bad company its sadly not the old blizz anymore. This is not a ddos attack its like the diablo 3 launch and they just cant there handle there servers. The company with one of the biggest mmos out there releases an f2p game and dont have enough servers well played and they just call it ddos so no one knows.... never trust blizz again after diablo immortal never! ?
