PondNewt Posted June 6, 2021 Share Posted June 6, 2021 Apologies if this is the incorrect section to ask but I have a query about hiding a games trophy list and the possible effect on overall unearned trophies. I've recently started a game but don't think it's for me so probably won't be continuing with it. As I've yet to earn a trophy I could of course simply hide the game so it doesn't shop up with an F grade here on my list of games. I was curious though if doing this would mean that the trophies for said game are still added to the overall amount of unearned trophies in the stats? As soon as you start a game does the trophy list get added to this number or is that only triggered once you earn the first trophy? This is on PS5 by the way if that makes a difference. Looking at how 0% games work on my profile, they show up in my Trophy Advisor list but don’t seem to be part of my Unearned Trophy count. They still appear on my PSN account but just not on my PSNPROFILES account... has anyone run into this issue and know how to fix it? Hmmm - yeah I did have a similar issue, but not sure if the root cause was the same, as I can still see some of your trophies - for me, my entire profile went private, not just some of the games. There is an option on the PS4 & PS5 to hide specific games, so I'd suggest having a quick look through that, and seeing if any game is switched to private? I did just that, but now it won’t show up on my PSNProfiles account even though I’ve made sure the game was not hidden on all my PlayStation consoles The PS3/Vita, PS4, and PS5; and it’s REALLY bugging me. I followed the instructions on the first post. Didn't work at first. I then turned privacy to off on trophies for all, then back on again. (did this on ps4 and ps5) Earned a trophy on ps5 and updated profile. BGriff1986 Posted July 12, 2021 Share Posted July 12, 2021 The issue is with the trophies on your PSN account, not your PSNP profile, as Far Cry 2 is missing when you search for your profile on the PS app Check out the hints on this page, one of those will be the solution. I'd first check on your PS4, in your Privacy Settings for Hidden Trophies there will be a menu labeled PS3 and Vita. Lance_87 Posted July 26, 2021 Share Posted July 26, 2021 I deleted my profile from here a couple of weeks ago, have hidden all my games, but today i've restored it and unhid all games. The problems is that all the PS4 games still appear as hidden here. Other trophy-tracking sites show the PS4 games. I don't remember that i needed to get a trophy to restore a specific system.
