Does the PS4 physical have a free PS5 upgrade?

Companies have been playing whack a mole with ways to cripple used games for ages. I agree this is shitty to limit the free PS5 upgrade to a one time code. Maybe I'll start a thread to track these - keep it as a warning to avoid buying these games second hand.

 

Codes with games in general just suck. Years ago it was Online Passes, then DLC. The absolute worst offender I've come across was Sly Cooper Vita collection. Only the first 2 games were on the cart, the 3rd needed a code to download, but the code expired quite shortly after the game was released, so even if you bought it new, if you didn't open and use the code you were screwed out of one of the 3 games.
