Its stellar combat is elevated by the addition of Soul Cores, Burst Counters, and the ways in which those two main new mechanics affect enemy AI and how you approach battles. It’s depth is impressive, even though that can also make it feel a little overwhelming due to how much time must be spent managing Nioh 2’s many systems. If you’re up to the challenge, Nioh 2 is no doubt one of the most difficult and rewarding games of this generation. Even in the frustrating moments when the controls seem to have it out for you, there’s so much to like about Heavenly Bodies. It’s a wonderful concept for a game, it’s impressively polished, and it’s hyper-focused in the best way. It feels like the devs took their time. While it may be a struggle, it’s a fun struggle. LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 is a love letter to fans of the Boy Who Lived. The comedic cutscenes toying with canon, the hundreds of hidden things to find, and the general sense of a great LEGO game paired with a great series really makes this game a standout. There are still a few issues to buff out, but there’s plenty in LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 to keep you coming back for more. Also being a massive HP fan helps because you get to explore all of Hogwarts and the grounds to find all the collectibles! The only issue I had with that game is it's prone to glitches. When I did the PS3 one I ran into an inescapable room at 95% completion and had to restart the entire game to finish to 100%. On the PS4 one, I had a save corruption glitch occur early on in the game and so I resorted to doing the entire game in one playthrough using rest mode to try and avoid said glitch. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

yowzagabowza Posted October 25, 2022 Share Posted October 25, 2022 I've sworn off Lego games (HP has been $4 many times, testing my resolve, haha) and I'm pretty much over the entire Souls-like trend, so the two games that anyone has heard of are out for me. I don't know what Heavenly Bodies is but it has two things going against it already. 1: I don't like the tile imagine in the OP and 2: I thought it said "Heavenly Sword" at first. What's worse is I can't even add these games to my library due to them either been on the service or have been on the service, and Sony won't do anything without you calling them making you spend more money.
