ok i dont want anybody hating or anything on me about this but i was thinking of going to buy a xbox im a true fan of ps3 and everything i had a xbox for awhile but have the old then got ps3 and loving every minute of it but is it worth it buying another xbox i mean i get games for both consoles like get battlefield for ps3 or xbox and cod for ps3 or xbox would you think this would be a good idea?

If you don't have a preference, there's no point in buying both if you're going to just be playing stuff like cod and Battlefield. Only buy both if you want to play the exclusive titles for both. Otherwise I'd stick to one.

If there are exclusive games that you want to play on xbox then go for it. I'm one of those people that loves my playstation but if I had the time and money I would get an xbox. That's only because I also love gaming and there will always be something awesome somewhere else. I'd say it would be a good idea if you can afford it and have the time to play the exclusive stuff available and not just creating a multi system backlog.

i love my ps3 i just kinda miss my xbox but yea  i mean i would play bf3 on xbox and cod on ps3 either or

Like others have said if there are exclusives you want to play then go for it but no point in buying it for multiplats if you already have a PS3. But if you are serious Xbox 360s are pretty cheap now anyways if you look around. I bought the Elite with Halo 4 and Forza 4 off Ebay a couple months ago for $100.

Go for xbox 360 if there are exclusives you want

I own both a PS3 and a 360 I've been using my PS3 more these days because all 360 has is gears and halo all i can say for the 360 is I miss halo and the fast interfaces that's about it.

Play what you want man, I mean ideally if we had the money I'm sure most of us would love to have one of each console every generation but with the high costs of gaming we're usually forced to stick to one or two, if you can snag a 360 for a good price then by now you'd assume a lot of the older exclusives would be at a decent price so if you really want them then now is probably a good time during the transition into the next gen.

It depends. If you are going for certain games, then just think deeply and form your decision based on that.

P.S. No on will give you hate, only fanboying internet trolls will. If go to Xbox, then I'm not losing sleep over it ok?

If you were gonna play the same games on the same console then you should just stay with the PS. No point in forking over money to play the same things.
