Party/Team up Feature ; Crossplay?

Hi there,

I have 2 questions:

 

1 - Is there a party up feature? (i.e. can I invite a friend and search for a game together?

2 - Is crossplay on by default? If so, can it be turned off?

1 There is no party feature. Crap.

2 You can turn crossplay off
