Historia Strigidae Bowery Glitch

So i collected 4 all pages in the bowery and for some reason one of them must not have counted, because its still marked as incomplete. Did anyone have a similar issue, any solutions? already circled the 4 locations 3 times and im sure none is available to collect. Tried to search online, but the only thing i found was a Reddit thread that was deleted.

 

EDIT: Nevermind, it was the guide iwas following that said it was Otisburg, instead of Bowery. You can delete this, since i don't think i can.
