Does Creative Mode, still disable trophies?

Now the game has custom difficulty settings, does anyone know if Creative Mode still disables trophies? I ask, because there used to be a warning screen that said trophies were disabled in this mode but since 4.02, that message isn't there any more ?. EDIT: I'll answer my own question, no it doesn't - I created a temp account, then did some trophy related things and all the respective trophies popped without issue.

On the other thread someone said that deactivating the damage still lets you unlock everything. Maybe creative mode is the same for trophies
