Collectibles trophies when starting new game

So I started control yesterday evening and tonight i have started a new game this evening on an alt account I am building up. Yesterday I reached the target of 40 collectibles for the record keeper trophy. Tonight I started from the beginning as I want to try and ensure a quickish playthrough as I am playing the JP stack and want to finish it before my ps plus expires so I naturally want to fit in as much as I can with regards to dlc and base game. I have somehow popped the trophies for 

 

Record keeper 80 collectibles 20:29

Bureau archivist 120 collectibles 21:12

 

Can anyone confirm if they have experienced this as my control point progress has also stuck and I popped my 10th cleanse when technically I should start from 0?
