In gaming this quickly ruins the fun for me. A good example is players using meta data like the Google car to determine where they are in the game Geoguessr. I do not enjoy that, refure to learn it and will therefor always be second tier. The same goes for the best duel players in arena shooters. They treat the game like a job and learn everything about it, calculate damage per second in every situation and time respawning items to the millisecond to get the edge in a game.
