59/60 Challenges glitch Nvm fixed it

I have everything done but it still says I have 59/60 and need three more skill points even though there is nothing to do

Listing what the fix is would have been nice. In case this happens to other people. I'm currently looking at the game, so knowing what happened and how to potentially fix it should the need arise would be great.
