Can't throw grenades (SP)

When pressing R2, nothing happens, despite the HUD clearly states I have some grenades, but there was no problem in Multiplayer though. What's going on?

I have the same, but only with the PS4 controller connected via bluetooth.

 

My official PS3 controller does work.

 

I think something goes wrong in the button translation of the single player portion of the game.

 

Do note that both single player and multiplayer are made by different teams with different engines and can be seen as 2 entirely different games.

I noticed this when using the DS4, however if you are using your DS4 wired, unplugg it. Connect a DS3, turn it off then plug your DS4 back in and it'll work fine.

 

There's a mission with quadbikes which requires R2 to accelerate it works for this too.
