It’s happened to me twice now. It didn’t happen on Ps4 but does on Ps5. Now picking the game up again, I think the collectible counter is completely confused. The trophy for 12 and 15 collectibles popped too early, I presume the reset only concerns the campaign progress itself, but collectibles somehow stay saved, even though you can pick them up again (aka the first time in that respective playthrough).
