if relationship with publisher fell through, there is next to no chance this version gets updated to the Developers vision, and he basically will have to re-release the game through somebody else probably.

Update on this. Digerati has officially filed a lawsuit against Conrad for breach of contract. Included in this is vandalizing the steam page, sabotaging sales and failure to uphold his end on delivering patches / bug fixes. It's mentioned they currently aren't seeking any monetary restitution they are just using the lawsuit to enforce the contract so he can get back to work on what he was getting funded by then to do.

 

Also Digerati and Merge Games (Merge is his physical version publisher... Yes he has two.) Have also confirmed that PS4/PS5 Patches should be approved and up and that the Switch Version is still waiting for approval.
