Free PS5 upgrade with disc version?

So, on a discussion elsewhere someone was asking how to upgrade their PS4 disc to PS5 version (ps5 upgrade advertised on the front of the packaging)

 

But, having looked at the platinum achievers of the PS4 version, no one seems to have then completed the PS5 version, even those who definitely have a PS5.

 

Am I right in thinking there isn't the ability to upgrade to PS5??
