Did not get the Platinum

I got all base game trophies but did not get Platinum what do i do.

I've seen some people in the past say to reset the console, take the console offline to view trophies or just wait. 

I've never seen a case that it doesn't eventually unlock.

What console did you play on? I ask, because I've seen this happen before, but it was always when using multiple PS3s and one wasn't fully sync'd to the network.

What platform did you play on? Also I'm not 100% on this game, but how did you not get the trophy for killing the guide at the same time as appeasing the volcano god? Since that trophy requires you to kill the guide. Instead unlocking it 2 years later?

I used PS3 and PS4

I'm gonna guess this game doesn't have a save import feature or cross-progression? That'd make sense, especially if you continued on PS4 after playing on PS3.

I got it after syncing my trophies on my ps5 thanks for the help.

I got my Plat on PS3, but have been getting the DLC trophies on PS4. I had to start the game over again, but have had no issues with any of the DLC trophies dropping. Glad the sync worked.
