If you use the cheat to pop them, you're missing out on an amazing game. The first 4 missions are incredible

Can’t say I’m too surprised this eventually got patched as It’s evident upon release Bend Studio forgot to prevent the “end level” cheat from affecting trophies by enabling it from the map on the pause menu during a mini-game.

Played these back in the day, don't even remember cheats for the game and enjoyed the series back then, and I'm sure will enjoy them all again.

I never followed up on this so it could have changed by now, but patch downgrade can't be done on PS5. Beyond just not updating a physical copy of something that is.

Unfortunately the rarity is tainted at this point, especially since people can still revert versions, but this is definitely a good thing.

I did use cheats but l do not think l miss anything. Sure, game might be amazing but with the controls game had… Not so much. They could have polished a little bit

Was surprised they didn't patch it earlier. But at least some people could grab the platinum that way. Personally from what I saw from the game, like going for the knife kill, this game didn't age well.

Can you still use the "Unlock ALL Weapons and Unlimited Ammo" for this game or has this also been disabled? If it is still available, does it disable earning trophies? Thanks!

Having played through the PS5 versions legit i'm actually glad this was patched.

 

Won't make me feel the temptation of cheating through what is, in my opinion, the weakest of the original SF trilogy when i play through these games again.

 

I would usually avoid stacking games that take a few hours, but these are so incredibly fun, i'll gladly go through them again on the PS4 versions. Please do yourself a favor and go through it legit at least once. While some missions are rough (looking at you, Aztec temple) it's still a solid game.

I pulled up the trophy list for whatever reason and had a laugh. They added "without cheating" to the trophy description for all but one (and the platinum).
