Popular Post Buff_Cupcake
Update 3: Thief Completed the custom + master difficulty playthrough along with some miscellaneous trophies along the way which almost brought me up to 50% complete. I think I have 2 more playthroughs ahead of me. At the moment, I cranked the difficulty all the way back to Rogue (very easy difficulty) and i'm running a new playthrough collecting everything and completing all of the thieving challenges etc. Then after that I should only have the final run which requires me to complete the game in 15 hours or less, which seems pretty generous considering all you need is to mainline the story for it. I'm actually having a blast with this - the atmosphere and world-building is really good for a game of it's age and it still holds up for me. It's not as versatile as it's predecessors, but it still feels like a good enough representation of what it's like to be a super-burglar. It's a huge shame we may never see another Thief game. Powerwash Simulator I don't think this is going to be up everyone's alley, but I love it. It's colourful, charming and surprisingly well written. For something that should be a standard cookie cutter simulator game, it actually has a surprising amount of depth and character. It's supremely satisfying to just wash grime off things. Sometimes you get contracted to clean a small dirt bike, other times you are hired to wash a huge house or a complex building interior. It's just great! It's surprisingly long in terms of hours to get the platinum and 100% the career mode. And it's just been a nice diversion from tense stealthy gameplay and space war shooters. Destiny 2 I've hit a bit of a wall in this game. I'm not sure how realistic it's gonna be to hit the full 100% for this game within the challenge, but I think I should be able to do the platinum part. I didn't realise how little of a damn Bungie gave about supporting and updating the DLC trophies until very recently. I still absolutely love the game and will be playing this consistently throughout 2023 though. Hope everyone is doing well and that the weekend ahead is a good one. Popular Post Redblaziken8
Update 2: 1) Hue PS4 - 0% 2) God of War: Chains of Olympus PS3 - 50% > 74% 3) Titanfall 2 PS4 - 8% > 10% 4) Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order PS5 - 2% 5) The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker PS4 - 0% 6) Borderlands 2 PS4 - 15% > 27% 7) Batman: Arkham Origins PS3 - 28% NEW Time to update finally! Decided to go back to Batman Arkham Origins since the servers went off for about a week then they came back, so I've gone back to the online to scoop up those trophies because I'm paranoid they'll be unobtainable in future ?. So I've decided to add the game to my list, because why the hell not, it'll be nice to replay this one again as well, seriously an underrated game with some absolutely amazing boss fights. And then I'm also free to 100% the Batman series which will be pretty sweet to see on my account! Borderlands 2: So a lot of my gaming time recently has been spent with @rjkclarke playing some Borderlands 2. We made quite a bit more progress in the main story, and we aren't too far from the end. Also got the Face McShooty side quest done which is a really funny one and a good trophy to pick up. Managed to also get some of the more rare spawns needed for challenges/trophies out of the way pretty quickly. We're at level 31 right now and the base game is at 47% completion. Looking forward to getting back to this one when I see Rob again, since it's our couch co-op game. God of War Chains of Olympus: So I've procrastinated quite a bit on this challenge to get the first two God of War games done before I start Chains of Olympus, which I've made some progress on now, with getting a few of the misc trophies out of the way. I've started the game on hard difficulty and just have some more misc trophies to pop along the way, but I'm really looking forward to replaying this game because I don't remember much about it. And I also have another Challenge of the Gods to do so we'll see how difficult this one is, I've heard it's fairly easy. I'm looking to get back to this one very soon! Popular Post Taruta13
So I'm finally back from my Wizarding World of Harry Potter adventure in Orlando, and... I didn't do much. I had expected to be in the park from 8 AM to 1 PM, but found that the Harry Potter parks are just glorified markets with outdoor live shows and a few augmented reality rides. Did go on the Hogwarts ride and take the Hogwarts Express, but it is what it is. So the first thing I am doing, before unpacking my brand new applewood wand that I paid $69 bucks for or eating some take out cheese pizza(I'm Catholic so I can't eat meat for Lenten Fridays) is report my progress that I made... I'm going to put Legacy back in the RPG Mania event because I doubt I'll get more than the four story trophies I got until late. While I won't have to go through the entire game again as a Hufflepuff, Gryffindor or Slytherin(Yes, my character, Esmee Johnson, is a witch who got sorted into Ravenclaw because that is my favorite house , and she has a 14-inch aspen wand with a phoenix feather core so she shares something with The Boy Who Lived. ), I'll still have to do a LOT of story before I get to the Map Room and hit those trophies, because you have to complete 17 story quests before you can get the quest that lets you go there. The guide said it will take two hours, but considering how terrible the camera controls are(there is no lock-on so my poor girl got trapped behind doorways while I was cussing and trying to get the camera to behave, I was very lucky I didn't fail a certain stealth mission a zillion times by running into the ghosts ?), it'll take five hours for each playthrough. *sigh* Still, I did go to Orlando to experience Harry Potterdom and it did make the three nights in the hotel and around 9 hours of play time a bit more memorable, so that's a thing. Sadly, I am now down to $241.57(actually $81 because I need some of that money for groceries tomorrow and sandwiches after my gym sessions) because I bought so much unhealthy fast food in the park, including two butterbeer ice cream waffle cones, a pumpkin cake and a glass of butterbeer(which takes like butterscotch soda)... man, those wizards must have had magic to shred the pounds after eating all that fattening food. I don't have that luxury, though I did walk most of it off and got cold sores because my lips couldn't handle the 80-degree clear days. I also bought that wand and a $35 brass wand stand for it, so now it will be sitting on my desk as a triumph. Did not help me that I did some unofficial games as well, the LEGO Ninjago Movie(what a big waste of money, the game froze solid just before I finished the thrird level thanks to Cole's stupid hammer) and A Hat In Time, because I am going to punch Snatcher's freaking teeth in for even considering creating a Death Wish List. ? EDIT: Oops, I found out that the wand I bought from Diagon Alley is actually maple wood with a unicorn hair core and it suffers power loss when the user isn't ambitious and adventurous. Explains why I could never get it to work during my time at the park. Well, sadly, it'll be resting near my PS5 for all eternity, so sucks to be it. Popular Post Vulpine9Tails
Another quick update before the big one tomorrow: 7. Life is Strange - 0% -> 100% 22. The Witcher 3 - 48% -> 55% Another game done. I had today off and I have next week off as well so I'm hoping to get some of the shorter games on my list done....but I also want to play Hogwarts Legacy.... decisions decisions. Anyways, this was like my fourth or fifth time platinuming LiS. I enjoy the game but for some reason, not sure if its the camera or what, but I always end up feeling nauseous while playing. I had to take a two hour lie down in the middle of episode 4 because I was legit feeling like I was going to lose my biscuits. It might not just be the game this time though, as lately I have been having quite a few days where I don't feel right and have to lay down for a bit. I wish that would stop happening but I should also start taking care of myself better. Easier said than done when you've got chronic pain.

Popular Post neospoon
Update #2 Progress finally!!! - République - 100% - Metro Last Light - 4% / Gravity Rush 2 - 15% - Rage - 12% - Metal Gear Solid 4 - 7% - The Last of us Part 2 - 2% République I took my time on this one! I first started this game 6 years, 10 months and 3 weeks ago to be precise. To be honest, I don’t know what kept me away from this game. Perhaps it might have been the lack of a good guide back then. And this is one of those games you need video guides for to be able to find all collectibles… I also found out this game was pulled from the PlayStation store a couple years back. I’m happy the game is finished now and my goal of reaching 80+% average completion is getting closer and closer. The game itself was pretty good, gameplay was decent albeit repetitive, the voice acting was fantastic and the music fit really well too. Only thing that I didn’t really like was the ending. I believe they could’ve done so much more… Underwhelming after such a buildup. Swaps 1/3 So I mentioned in my previous update I might wanted to swap a couple games. I’ve had a good thought about it and I’ve decided to replace Gravity Rush 2 with Metro: Last Light on PS3, currently sitting at 4%. I really need to get some of these older games finished! Anyway that’s it for now! Keep the updates coming and have fun!!! Edited March 25, 2023 by neospoon

Some small updates though. Mass Effect 3 0% > 51% It is taking a little longer than I thought to finish this, mainly due to being careful to avoid missables before going through the story missions and spending time to make sure I get the war assets trophy. I am mostly there though now and think I shoukd be able to finish this within the next couple of weeks. Wasteland 3 9% > 34% Progress has stalled for a few days but still really enjoying it. I’ve finished the first major story mission, well, up to the final decision anyway, still need to make my mind up about that. Only temporarily shelved while I make easier progress in other games on the list. Immortals Fenyx Rising 6% > 21% Cleaned up a few easy trophies and made my way to the end of the first major quest line. Not much else to say, it’s a fun time though I worry it might get a bit grindy and do not currently own the DLC, so hoping for a sale at Easter. That’s it for now. Slow progress but things should ramp up after this week hopefully.

I enjoyed revisiting the game, especially since I was not obligated to watch cutscenes or do the boss fights, though the one where something bad happens was annoying as it wouldn't let me skip so I had to just smash the brush button. Also, the puzzle to get the flame brush style made me gnash my teeth in rage as it requires precision brush tapping to jump on the trees. But now I am going to break and not update for a while, at least not until the weekend and April Fool's Day because all of the RPGs in my pile are on lockdown due to them being in RPG Mania 2023.
