Popular Post Heather342
Update #3 Hi everyone, hope you've all had a fantastic week ? It's been a pretty productive week of gaming for me. I finished off the Silver Lining DLC for Spiderman, then quickly flew through the story in NG+ Ultimate difficulty to pop the last few trophies for the 100%. An excellent game overall, and I'm really happy I played it. I have Miles Morales too, but that'll have to wait until after I achieve plat #100 (I have a plan I'm currently working on and I don't want to alter it again ?). I was also dabbling in Legend of Dragoon again last week. This was one of my favourite PS1 games when I was a kid, so being able to play it again now and with trophies has been awesome. Thankfully the dev team fixed the glitch when using the dragoon forms, so I've been able to enjoy the game without worrying. I completed all of chapter 1, and I'm at the start of chapter 2. Looking forward to getting Meru in the party ?. I've also made a start on SMT 3 yesterday. Being a big fan of the Persona series I've been looking forward to playing the parent game series for a while. It's quite different, but I'm enjoying it so far. I'm hoping to get the plat for this game to be my milestone 5000th trophy (I like having an Atlus plat on the milestone ?). That's all from me, I'll catch you all next week! Trophy progress: - Spiderman Remastered - 90 -> 100% - Legend of Dragoon - 11 -> 33% - SMT 3 Nocturne - 0 ->13% Pending games: - Horizon Call of the Mountain - 9% - Red Dead Redemption 2 - 35% Edited March 28, 2023 by Heather342
Popular Post Buff_Cupcake
Update 4: Thief Thief is all done. I picked this up for about 3 euros in the Playstation store and it was absolutely money well spent. It is by no means a perfect experience, especially if you are going for the platinum, but I really loved the world and the stealth gameplay. There are a few objectives which are very tricky, in particular - one requirement is to find all 73 secret areas. The only problem being that there is no way to track which secret areas that you have found and which are still undiscovered - either on the in-game map or the statistics page in the menus. The other tricky part for me was the map design itself, I personally found it really hard to get around at times, especially when I was trying to backtrack for collectibles. If anyone is thinking about picking this up, I would recommend doing a blind playthrough and just enjoying it, then using a collectibles guide to save your sanity. Outside of that, I thought the writing was really good and the text logs you could pick up in the environment were styled perfectly for the industrial fantasy it was set in. Nothing felt cheesy or over emphasized and it all had a nice quality which really helped with the immersion. I really do hope we get more Thief games, but next time I think they could make the experience way better if they just had the city hub as a small location where you could engage with NPC's, by your supplies and practice your parkour skills. Then put the remaining time into developing more of the self contained missions and levels, because that was where the game would really really shine. Powerwash Simulator I moved the needle slightly on this. I'm now about halfway through career mode. Each job you get usually has a specific trophy requirement within that job, so i'm trying to keep myself abreast of those as I go. I think the only trophy that is likely going to take a bit more time than usual on this one is to get 5 gold medals in challenge mode levels, which is harder than it probably sounds. Next up: Now that Thief is done, I think it's time to make a start on Resident Evil 4 Remake which I was meant to jump into last weekend, but Thief distracted me completely. Powerwash Simulator - 10% > 45% Resident Evil 4 Remake - 0% Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order - 0% Star Wars Jedi: Survivor - 0% Silent Hill 2 (PS3) - 0% Evil Within 2 Yakuza Kiwami - 0% Destiny 2 - 36% > 43% Wolfenstein: The New Order - 0% Thief

Popular Post be_minor
Haven’t completed any new games this week, but I’ve been slowly working through Biomutant. The trophy list is pretty lenient for an RPG, not requiring a full map clear or 100% to plat. I like that I can explore at my own pace and most trophies will come naturally. My April goal is to knock three more entries off, including Biomutant. Popular Post StilRh
Hey lovies, This week I've added Resident Evil 4 (remake) to my list. I managed to complete a standard playthrough over the weekend. It's a beautiful game that I'm sure will achieve the same timeless classic status as the original. I liked a lot of the additions and changes. The trophy list looks doable but I'm going to pace the other playthroughs out as Calisto Protocol and Deadspace taught me playing a second playthrough immediately after the first usually leads to boredom or burn out. I had to delete Red Dead Redemption 2 off my hard drive to fit Resident Evil on it, I think that's a fair trade. I've started Monster Sanctuary and it seems a nice metrovania/pokemon hybrid. I've not fully brought into the premise but I think I will with more playtime. Last but not least, Sniper Elite 4 has been my other main game this week. I've enjoyed this immensely. I am glad I got the competative MP trophies a while back. I will likely use my PS4 to get the co-op trophies. When I put this on my list I didn't realise the extent of the DLC or that they added a trophy for completing the campaign in authentic plus with no saves ( a bronze trophy for this. Bronze!). This week I'll chip away at my list prioritising the above games. Offlist, FOMO is making me want to buy Atelier Ryza 3 (I think I'll wait on this as I've a few uncompleted Atelier games as much as I love Ryza) and The Dredge. The Diablo 4 hype is making me want to boot up Diablo 3 as well (I completed this on PC but never got far into the console version). On a non-update report, I managed to make Xenon Valkyrie+ my 150th platinum thanks to a cheat code I learned about and FINALLY get that X game off my chest. It's a decent roguelike side-scrolling dungeon crawler but I don't think I could have done it without that code. Thanks to whoever found it! The Witcher 3 - 55% -> 59% I finally sat down and played MSS again. It's a hidden gem for me, so I don't mind the fact that I've done this one a few times. It tries to be scary but the enemies are so basic that it's hard to actually be scared by them, and I'm a complete baby. The screeching is a bit unnerving but that's about it. I'm happy to add this one to my profile once again, and it only took me an afternoon to finish. I also decided to hold off on Tales for the time being, because it is perfect to have on in the background while I'm working and I go back to work next week.

Popular Post freddie1989
Update time! Finally finished off most of the grind on Lego DC now, gold bricks etc. However I wasn't aware of the studs required to buy characters and the red brick multipliers so I am way short on studs now. Done a first run of each DLC level for a few studs and to open free play up. Will complete the DLCs off and then grind out the remaining characters and I am done with it then. Outside the challenge I am just about hitting silver quick enough on Rayman Legends to keep my sanity in check!! Once DC is complete I will polish Stray off and make a start on something else. Whether its on the list or I pick a swap I am undecided. Enjoy!! Popular Post Redblaziken8
Update 3: 1) Hue PS4 - 0% 2) God of War: Chains of Olympus PS3 - 50% > 74% > 100% 3) Titanfall 2 PS4 - 8% > 10% > 17% 4) Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order PS5 - 2% 5) The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker PS4 - 0% 6) Borderlands 2 PS4 - 15% > 27% 7) Batman: Arkham Origins PS3 - 28% > 34% God of War Chains of Olympus > 100% This game was a really fun time, it's the shortest of the games I've replayed so far and I believe the shortest of the GoW games. I got through the story on hard difficulty in two sittings and then I went back to do Challenge of the Gods yet again. This was the easiest of the GoW games so far to platinum, and there were only 5 challenges to do, the one to not get hit was slightly annoying but I did it pretty quickly. I'm moving on to Ghost of Sparta next since I'm trying to get all the GoW games platinumed this year. Titanfall 2 > 17% I finally returned to Titanfall 2 after a while of getting distracted with a lot of other PS3 games, mostly God of War. I just did a couple of chapters of the main story. The gameplay is really slick and I'm enjoying the game a lot so far. It's also really generous with checkpoints which is nice when you're playing on Master difficulty! This will be the next game I finish on my PS5. Batman Arkham Origins > 34% I managed to finish the rest of the online this week, so I don't have to worry about unobtainable trophies anymore. Not much to say with this one really - I found a good boosting group and I managed to get the trophies done pretty quickly, and now I've got a few people who want to boost other games in future together which is nice! I'm looking forward to getting back to this one, but I'm really struggling with whether to play Ghost of Sparta, Batman or finish off the boring stuff I have left on GTA IV since I finished that online last weekend too. I should probably stop procrastinating the challenge and focus on Batman on my PS3 next week. Most of my attention this week has been on a new game I added to my list called The Lord of the Rings: War in the North on PS3. Having an absolute blast playing this with my other half @rjkclarke, and we are really close to the platinum already, purely because we've spent so much time playing this because it's just been really addictive. So this will be a really long completion for Rob, and a really short one for me, but a sync platinum will be nice. I'll be continuing with Titanfall 2 this week, and then maybe starting Batman Arkham Origins if I can drag myself away from the God of War binge I've been on lately.

Popular Post Fanatixa1
Hi everyone, Here's another update from me. I've completed God of War Ragnarok and this was my 175th platinum! I really enjoyed this game, all though getting the 100% took quite a while. The game is beautiful, gameplay is a lot of fun and I enjoyed the story. I think the story in the first game was better, but I enjoyed this one anyway. Played a bit more PowerWash Simulator. Not a whole lot to say about this. Also I'm continuing Hogwarts Legacy. I'll add 2 new games. A Plague Tale Requiem and Toem. I really enjoyed the first Plague Tale and I hope I'll like this one the same. Toem seems cute and and easy in between game. Have a good week everyone! 1. The Artful Escape 100% 2. I didn't realize you could skip the first two cutscenes on my second character, so I watched the entire thing again, but after that, it wasn't too hard to skip through. Going to slowly go through each of these extra characters to get the Map Chamber trophies either today or tomorrow(since I have to get some progress done before my check drops and I re-subscribe to FFXIV. Once those three characters get to the Map Chamber, I'll quit their games and go back to Esmee, my main. All in all, I know it is a very long and confusing world so if you have to put it aside for now, don't hesitate. Better not to burn yourself out and hate yourself or the game. Speaking of progress, that's all I did for now. As I said, tomorrow will be my check and my return to FFXIV, so I am going to be a bit busy planning out my route there. I'd add it but let's be honest, I do not intend to get the platinum until Patch 6.4 drops.
