I can join others games no problem. issue is it is always some old quests and I would like to progress my story.
MrGarland
You could always create a boosting session.

This^ A boosting session is your best bet in this situation. Outriders was a big flop that still hasn't made its money back so it isn't surprising the playerbase is so small and it's hard to get games going.
Suporex
sure but this is technical question. I choose to join game and I have popup in 3 seconds. But I play for 3h with status Open and nobody joins. Is there anything else I need to do? create in game session or something?
grifteskymfning
Why would you ever want to play with other people?

No. If nobody wants to join, it means they would rather play by themselves. All you can do is either wait it out or create a boosting session.
