Easiest/Simplest Weapon, Armor and Accessory for Enhancing to Level 10, 10 & 3

Assuming that different gears require different materials to enhance, which weapon, armor and accessory will require the most common, easily available materials, so that I don't have to grind for rarer materials, please?
